Elmont seeks to both support global missions and prepare Elmont members to engage in the Great Commission right here at home!
Elmont believes that we are here to “Change the Way We Family to Change the World.” We try to accomplish this mission by embracing our core values of G.R.A.C.E. “G” (Grow), “R” (Reach), “A” (Accept), “C” (Celebrate), and “E” (Engage). The “R” of our core values means that we live our lives on mission to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. Many times when we think about “living on mission” we think global missions, going somewhere else to fulfill the Great Commission. Here at Elmont we do recognize the massive importance of bring the gospel to the whole world, so we support missionaries globally, but we also know that there are plenty that do not know Jesus right here at home. Because we recognize that every believer is called to the Great Commission, Elmont trains our members to be "Reach” through sharing the Gospel with all that they can! We accomplish this goal through training on the 3 Circles method of sharing the gospel and celebrating every gospel conversation!
