SPECIAL NEEDS MINISTRY

Our Purpose

Here at Elmont our vision is to be family and that includes every person of Elmont. Our mission is to help individuals with special needs engage with the truth of God’s word, discover their unique identity in Christ, and walk in the purpose He designed for them.

We do this by offering individuals and their families who have diverse needs and abilities opportunities to grow spiritually, engage with their church family, and serve others as a witness for Christ.

Audrey Earley

Special Needs Coordinator
Audrey Earley, began her career in Education in 1999, with a move into the world of Special Education in 2010. With the move of her daughter to Van Alstyne ISD, she visited Elmont in 2015. She began volunteering in early childhood. After becoming a member and dedicated volunteer she pursued different areas of volunteering in Elmont Kids, Women’s Ministry, and a Small Group Leader. Audrey has worked in various roles of Special Education for 14 years, all of them in Anna ISD, and most recently works as their Assistant Director of Special Education.

Audrey and her husband Michael, have called Anna home since 2011. They love Elmont; enjoy creating connections in and around their community. In the fall of 2024, Audrey accepted the calling to become the coordinator of the new Elmont Special Needs Ministry. She is looking forward to growing this specialized ministry to serve all the families in this church community.
